Unlocking mechanism and vesting schedule

6 months cliff followed by a 2 year vesting schedule.

4. Bootstrapping and Advisors

Bootstrapping partners: 50% initially, 3-month cliff, then 4% per month for a year for a total of 15 month vesting.
